At AFRA Grill we make classic Persian dishes from scratch with fresh ingredients and traditional Persian spices. Try the Koobideh Deluxe- Beef, grilled seasoned ground beef kababs with grilled tomato and Persian saffron rice, or Chicken Shish (Joojeh), chicken pieces marinated in saffron and lemon juice and grilled on skewers. Chenjeh is marinated steak bites, skewered and grilled on open fire.
